CHUG-GRID files are made to become your own riffs, songs, lessons and production sketches. The license is simple: use them creatively, but do not redistribute the original files as another downloadable product.

You can

Use the MIDI and MusicXML files in your own songs, demos and productions.Edit, rewrite, transpose, arrange and layer the riffs.Use exported ideas in YouTube videos, lessons, social posts and commercial releases.Use the free and premium packs as writing seeds inside client production work.

You cannot

Resell, redistribute or re-upload the packs as standalone MIDI loop products.Claim the original CHUG-GRID pack files as your own product.Bundle the unmodified files into another sample pack, course download or loop library.Use the CHUG-GRID name or branding in a way that suggests an official partnership.

If you turn a CHUG-GRID loop into your own riff or song, that new creative work is yours. The restriction is about reselling the original pack files as if they were your own loop library.
